Parent Resources
Wai’, Taanishi, Hello,
Throughout the 2021-2022 school year, SD67’s District Vice Principal of Indigenous Education has been working with a small number of passionate Indigenous parents and caregivers to build a supportive network of advocates and allies for Indigenous parents and students.
We are hoping to listen to and learn from more Indigenous parents so that we can build out a formal Indigenous parent group that will collaboratively and collectively advocate for Indigenous children and families in our school district.
If you are interested in getting involved in this group to offer your perspective please contact Dustin Hyde, District Vice Principal of Indigenous Education at [email protected]
